Where site measurements or existing-condition information are provided by the client or a third party, a² atelier cannot be responsible for inaccuracies in that information.

Final decisions regarding materials, products, vendors, contractors, budgets, and execution remain the client's responsibility unless a separate written scope specifically states otherwise. Where technical, structural, electrical, plumbing, fire-safety, or other specialist approval is required, the appropriate qualified professional should be consulted.
Unless specifically included in a written scope of work, a² atelier does not undertake responsibility for construction, manufacturing, installation, workmanship, contractor performance, material defects, delays, or site execution. Where contractors, carpenters, vendors, or other third parties are appointed by the client, their work and contractual relationship with the client remain the client's responsibility.
