a² atelier provides interior design services and digital products. The method and timing of delivery depends on the type of product or service purchased.
Digital products, including guides, workbooks, checklists, templates, and other downloadable resources, are delivered electronically. No physical product will be shipped.
After successful payment, the purchased digital product will be made available through the delivery method specified at the time of purchase. Customers should ensure that the email address and other contact information provided during checkout are accurate.
If a customer has successfully completed payment but does not receive or cannot access the purchased digital product, they should contact us at ankitathakkar.atelier@gmail.com. Please provide the payment/order details and the email address used during purchase.
We will investigate the issue and provide the appropriate access or a replacement file where necessary.
Online consultations are delivered remotely through the communication method agreed with the client. Once the consultation has been booked and payment has been confirmed, the consultation date and time will be communicated to the client.
The client is responsible for being available at the agreed time and providing any information, drawings, photographs, or measurements required for the consultation.
For interior design and space-planning projects, deliverables will be provided electronically unless the agreed scope specifically states otherwise. The expected project timeline and delivery stages will be communicated to the client before the project begins.
Project timelines may be affected by delays in receiving required information, measurements, approvals, feedback, or decisions from the client.
a² atelier currently does not ship physical products. Any future physical products, if offered, will have their applicable shipping and delivery terms clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
